That is the next level of becoming musically mature. Now, how should you do this? If you want to know the answer, sometimes you don’t have to look far and wide for the answer. You don’t have to go to a professional recording studio; you can actually do everything in the comfort of your home. So if you have those materials, those original compositions, record it and release your CD the independent way. Bad habits

You might be playing the guitar for many years but still you couldn’t get to that certain level that you want to go to and you ask yourself why that is so. There could be a lot of different factors that could be the reason why you wouldn’t progress. However, there is one single common reason that is very much affecting almost all of the guitar players that has the same case as you. It is most probably because of some bad habits that you have that you haven’t changed that’s making stagnant in terms of musical progress. That is definitely not good.

You can learn the guitar in many different ways but to tell you honestly, the main factor that determines your success or failure is your approach. The method that you are using to learn the guitar. Always remember that guitar playing is not for some people only, it is very much possible for anyone to learn guitar. As long as you have hands, that is. Another thing that you should always remember that there are no age limits in playing the guitar. To remove these bad habits that you use to do, try learning new things from the right source then you shall be enlightened.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BAND

I have plans on creating another group, this time; I don’t have commercial ideas in mind, just freedom to create whatever music I wish. and together with this plan, it would also be the first time that I would experiment with software for demos. I only have a guitar in the house and some beat up headset and that’s what I’m going to use for demo. You wouldn’t believe what technology could do with what you have. With these tools, I would create a demo that is so good. Thanks to technology. Anyway, software nowadays are becoming close to the real thing. They sound so authentic that most people would prefer it over the real thing since the real deal is much expensive. Like in my case, I don’t have a studio with complete instruments. So what I am going to do is record the guitar using guitar rig 3, so that I would have all the amps, stomps and other guitar stuff that I could use. For the bass, I would also run it through guitar rig, and then for the drums, I have EZ drummer. It’s an authentic sounding vst effect that would make drummers run in fear.
